- AI-powered insights
- Personalised financial guidance
- Optional premium features

4. Not Financial Advice
Valugo is not a bank, financial advisor, or regulated financial service. All insights, suggestions, and AI responses are:
- Informational
- Educational
- Based on the data you provide
You are responsible for your own financial decisions.
5. Your Account
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login details secure
- All activity under your account
- Providing accurate information
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the App
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the App
- Use the App for illegal purposes
- Spam or overload the AI system
- Impersonate others
- Upload harmful content
We may restrict access if we detect abuse.
7. AI Usage
Valugo uses third-party AI providers to generate insights. By using the App, you agree that:
- Your messages may be processed by AI providers
- Your data is not used to train public models
- Responses may occasionally be inaccurate
You should not rely solely on AI for financial decisions.
8. Premium Features
Valugo may offer optional paid features ("Premium"). Premium may include:

- Early access to new features
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Prices may change with notice.
9. Payments & Subscriptions
If you purchase Premium:
- Payments are handled by Apple or Google
- Refunds follow App Store / Play Store policies
- You can cancel anytime through your device settings
We do not store or process your payment information.
10. Data & Privacy
Your use of Valugo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights. You must read and agree to the Privacy Policy to use the App.
11. Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including branding, design, features, and AI outputs — belongs to William Oakeley (and Valugo Ltd once incorporated). You may not copy, distribute, or modify the App without permission.
12. Availability & Changes
We may update the App, add or remove features, or pause and discontinue parts of the service. We are not liable for downtime or data loss.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or we are required to by law. You may delete your account at any time.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Valugo is provided "as is"
- We do not guarantee accuracy or uninterrupted service
- We are not liable for financial losses, damages, or decisions made using the App
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in UK courts.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you in the App or via email. Continued use of Valugo means you accept the updated Terms.
